My GPS antenna for my LMS 160 map has broken. I have ordered a new one through my local sporting goods dealer a month ago. My order is still not filled and they have no idea if and when it can be. I am a walleye guide who would really like to have his GPS working for this season. Could someone from Lowrance try to help me out?

Good Luck !! I can't even get them to answer e-mails in a timely manner. First one took 3 weeks and my latest has gone 10 days w/ no reply. It's an entire new company since they got bought out and I know the customer isn't anywhere near the top of their priorities.

I just had an LMS-350A serviced from Lowrance. My service was fantastic. I'd suggest going to their Web Site and locate the 800 Number to their service dept. and give them a call.

Have you tried www.lowrance.com? You can go on their website and then go on to the LEI site to order parts and acc. direct. They list the antenna you need and you can probably order it online.

Or, you can go to a retailer that actually has them in stock.

Do yourself a favour, throw it in the garbage and turn your back on Lowrance forever.

I doubt if Lowrance has somebody assigned to cruise the internet message boards looking for "pleads for help".

But they *DO* have some excellent people assigned to answer their toll-free customer service phones at 1-800-324-1356.

Duh!!!!!!!!!
