Alumacraft New Boat

I have heard that Alumacraft is introducing a new "high end" boat at the Minneapolis Boat Show? does any body have any info. thanks.

I recently inquired with Alumacraft about a walk-thru windshield version of the Tounament Pro, and this is a quote from their reply..."We are introducing a Tournament 175 and 185 Sport that has a walk-through windshield I believe it will be displayed at the Milwaukee boat show. The whole interior of this boat is new so the consoles and windshield can not be retro-fitted.
Again, thank you for your interest in Alumacraft Boats and we appreciate your comments and suggestions for improving our product."

Sounds like they are moving in the right direction.

Sorry this took so long to post and maybe you already have the answer. The 2002 catalog does show a walk through windshield 17, 18 and 19 foot models, I believe. The boat appears to be a lot like the Tyee. Not a lot of specifics, I know, but I'd be happy to check on any specs tonight. Let me know.

It is my understanding that the new Tournament Sport 175 and Tournament Sport 185 will be on display at the Boat Show in Minneapolis this week.

They look really nice and will appeal to a wide variety of anglers and boaters. Walk-through windshield, rod storage in the bow with additional storage for other gear in the bow, lots of storage under the consoles. Will be a great boat.

i saw the new tournament sport at the mpls boat show "WOW" what a beautiful boat. laid out just right, the rod storage is perfect. and the boat has a nice look to it.
