look at: http://www.pinewoodsports.com they have a bunch of 9.9 Honda motors that they get back as lease returns.

I have a 1980 7.5hp Johnson seahorse with a new prop that runs great. $450.00 I used it as a kicker on the 22 foot starcraft I had and it would push it almost 4 miles an hour and trolled it nice and steady at 2.5mph-3mph out on lake michigan. I maintained the motor and there is nothing wrong with it that I'm aware of.
