Night fishing Erie

I live in Pa and fish out of Erie Pa most of the time for walleye.
I would like to try late night fishing this year,has anyone fished
at night and what is the best way to fish for walleye after dark.
My boat is rigged for just about any type of fishing needed to
catch Erie walleye just need some advice on late night tactics .
Any info will noted and put to good use. Thanks "The Smalleye"

http://www.buffalonews.com click on sports, click on other sports, click on fishing. The latest article says they are taking fish right now out of Barcelona in 4-7' of water. I was going last night until they were calling for 4'ers, ended up on Chautauqua instead.
