how can i download everthing thats on my 350 to my computer i want clean up 3yrs of opps and take out some old locations is this possible and how can i do ths . thanx for any info

I don't think you can transfer it to your computer. That said, I remember a recent post from someone about how they made a special cable that allowed them to use a handheld GPS with their 350A (I think).
It would be nice to label waypoints, group them by lake, etc.
