OK I need a little help 92 40hp evenrude two carbs on the linkage I see no adj for idle it keeps stalling needs about 50 more rpm any body know how to raise the idle ? jim

Did you try to adjust the black plastic washers on the throttle cable where it connects to the throttle arm on the right side of the engine?

NO I did not want to tinker I like things right the first time thats why I ask question first thanks I'll go check that area out right now .jim
