My dad is planing on ordering an Aqua-vu MC2x in the next couple of days. Now that you guys have tried them on the open water, how do like them? How about the screen size? Has anyone tried the cam with the larger screen? (cant rember the brand) Thanks for your input. Have a great season!

My partner has the vista cam. Works good and has a nice size screen. We use it stricktly for ice fishing.

Never used the new aqua view. One would think they have the bugs worked out by now.

I have a mini-atlantis and it works great. Screen size is the only draw back. Went to cabela's here in michigan and the salesman let me open the box of the camera you describe with the big screen, seems to me to be a little bulky and hard to carry. The mini has its own carrying case and fits in the floor storage locker between the consoles of lund 2025 for easy storage and is always in the boat. Good luck with your camera and enjoy it.

I have owned a Vista Cam for 2 years and have used it both summer and winter without any problems and it has a 7 inch screen.

I have used the Aquaview system for the past three years and have put it to the test with my guide service. It is used all year long and I have great results. I have had several customers buy systems and they were very happy with there units. Any small problems were taken care of by the manufacture with no complaints.
