Have any of you dealt with this place? Their website has the fishfinders cheaper than Ive seen, but Ive never heard of them before and I don't want to get burned. Thanks for the help.

Thorne's is a great place to buy most anything. They typically have a great price, they stand behind their products, customer service is top knotch, and you also get the warm fuzzy of buying from the small local guy. Have no fear of them.

The Thorne Brothers history is bullet proof. The integrity, fishing knowledge and advice, and service, is unprecedented at Thorne Brothers.

Between them and the old Burger Brothers (Now Gander Mountain), it was hard to find a better place for great service and equipment in the Twin Cities.

Reed's up in Walker would be the only alternative.

I would never hesitate to get something from Thorne Bro's. AA++

I talked to Matt Thompson the other day at Thorne Bros about my Pinpoint/Motorguide issues. He treated me like I was one of their best customers and I haven't spent more than $100 in my life there.

I imagine that they are just good people and treat everyone the way they would like to be treated.

I do plan on trying to buy stuff from them more, just because of that experience.

I also have nothing but great thigns to say about them.

One hint though: If you want something that you don't see on the site, email them and ask for it. They have just about anything you could want, just don't have it all up on the site.

Eben,
Matt Thompson of Thorne Bros. jumped right in on a very mixed up situation I had with a graph company. Matt got it all straightened out for me. My graph is fixed & home.
Needless to say, Thorne Bros have won a new customer. Thank you again Matt.

I bought about $1300 worth of stuff there last year when I outfitted my 20 Alaskan. I had previously bought everything from reeds. I have no problem with reeds, but these guy's at Thornes are the greatest. I had some issues with some of the items that I purchased that were no fault of Thornes whatsoever. They bent over backwards and sideways to keep me happy and on the water (which they did!). They have all the good stuff at the most competetive prices. Excellent, knowledgeable friendly staff. Best customer service experience I have had on any purchase I have ever made. I have returned there numerous times since and will continue to do so. Greg (the owner) treats everyone like a friend, as does the entire staff. I have dealt with Matt and Dave, 2 of the best guys I've met in a long while. They absolutely refuse to allow you to be unsatisfied, period.
