Yamaha f80 versus f100

Can anyone tell me what is the difference between these two motors, displacement is identical as are the rest of the specs? I'm assuming that these boats have different carbs, but is there anything else that is different, perhaps with the exhaust?

In addition has anyone here converted their f80 into an f100 or likewise their Merc 75 4stroke into a Merc 90 4 stroke - all four motors are the same?

Carbs and cowling stickers. I am rated for 90 hp so the extra 20 would be illegal. Even if wern't it is way too expensive for a little extra mph.

Besides the carbs, the exhaust is different. This is why the difference in hp. Whenever you can take in more air and fuel, you also have to compensate for it to get out the other end.
