I have a issue with my 620T. It's in my pole shed and I check it out once a month. Main battery seemed dead so I plugged the charger in. Now when I hit the touch panel to activate lights, bilge, etc., it does not shut off after 60 seconds with the key off. I have called the dealer and he suggested to turn off the main switch to reset the touchpads as low voltage will cause them to malfunction. I have done this and have left it off for a couple of hours. When I turn the mains off the light goes out, and everything is normal. When I reapply power and hit a pad on the control, the lights come on and stay on, regardless of the ignition key position. Motor cranks fine, and pad is controlling everything as normal, just the backlighting doesn't turn off, which I suspect ran the battery down in the first place. Any ideas would be appreciated before I have to haul it to the dealer.

Thanks in advance.

You should e-mail Sam Wilson at Ranger Boats, he should be able to determine your problem. He is a great troubleshooter.

A Thought--is there a switch panel in the front of your boat? If memory serves there is. Anyway, If you push an accessory on one of these panels it lights up both and if there is one pushed in the front panel it will stay on on both panels. Make sure none of these is pushed.
