View Full Version : yarcraft 1895 bt w/kicker...which jackplate?

I have the above boat with a 9.9 Merc 4stroke kicker. I need more room on the transom so I have a bigger turning radius with my main motor. Does anyone have any experience with how to mount the kicker so there is optimal room on the transom? Any suggestions would help. Thanks in advance.

I would give Yarcraft a call and talk to Paul Thompson. Whenever I have had a question with my Yarcraft, they have always answered each question and have even sent me the parts I needed w/o charge. Their number is 906-863-4497.
