Any one have any experience with the Sears Die Hard 10/2/60 amp Battery Charger? Reason I ask is, I got it for Christmas in 1999. I went to charge my TM batteries and the dang thing quit working. I have only used it about 10-15 or so times for charging and only once for jump starting my truck. At $100 it seems that it should have lasted longer than this. I guess next time I should ask for a 3 bank charger for the boat.

my sears has quit several times...generally when i forgot to unplug it and took off with boat and it fell on the floor!!...each time i would find a loose wire and reattach it and it works again....if you have not looked inside i would rec. it....also make sure its not your battery...if you have a dead cell the charger won't work...try it on another battery to see if it works...steve

Here's another good Customer Service report.
I took it back to Sears to the Service Center. They asked me when I bought it and if I had the receipt. I said it was a Christmas present and that I got it Dec. of 1999. The C.S. person asked a couple of more simple questions and then told me it had a 3 yr. warrantee and asked what I would like to do. I asked if I could get a new one and how much would it cost me? He said sure and it wouldn't cost a thing. After he checked to make sure it didn't work he gave me a new one.
Well, Sears takes care of their customers pretty good!
