View Full Version : MWC Partner Needed

Due to some unforseen circumstances my MWC partner, Ron Floyd, is unable to fish the remaining 2001 MWC tournaments, including the one at Big Stone last weekend (no we didn't blank both days ha ha). It absolutely kills him to not be able to fish, but hey, work and family are WAY more important than fishing tounaments. Hopefully he will be back next year, he's one ##### of a fisherman and partner. FYI: he IS still able to fish this year's championship in October.

Sooooo, if there is anyone out there who would like to have a good time fishing ALL FIVE remaining MWC tournaments in 2001, Bay de Noc, Green Bay, Lake Erie, Miss River Dubuque, and Miss River Lake City e-mail me at:

zachb@ovationmarketing.com

Thanks in advance for your help and interest!

Hi Zach,
I'm a friend of Scotts here in Ft. Collins. I am interested in fishing with you in the MWC but I dont know if I'll be able to make them all. Email me and I'll get you my phone # and we can talk about the tourneys.
Thanks

Zack,
Probably not the way you want to do this, but I'd fish the Erie event with you if that works for you. Let me know, and good luck. A good partner is hard to find and harder to replace. good luck.

Only problem with Zach taking on a partner for only a couple of the remaining events and using another partner for the rest, is the fact that when he changes partners it constitutes a "new" team, and his points start all over. He can't get to the championship next year if he keeps changing partners. He can still make the championship with the remaining five tournies if he and his partner gain enough points. Teams only have to fish five for a chance to qualify. Out of the seven tournaments the two lowest scores (events) will be dropped. So basically, all teams who quailify will have qualified with five events (points allowing).

I think I have that right? ;-)

So, Zach needs someone to fish all remaining 5 tournies to compete for the chance to qualify for the championship next year.

Just thought I would throw that out there..

ETT,

I was kicking around the idea of fishing the Geneva MWC Event.. If you are still interested, let me know...

Are you fishing the Lorain USFA? If so we could chat about it then...

Zach,

I sent you an email about my desire to fish some MWC events with you. I have to check my schedule, but I'm sure that I can pull off 4 of these events. Let me know if you're interested. Thanks.

Aw come on Jerry...can't you squeeze in 5? You two would make a great team, and probably end up in the championship next year!

That would be cool..;-)

There is a possibility I can do all 5, with limited pre-fishing. Vacation time is at a premium this year. E-mail me at r.stange@msn.com, we can talk.
