I'll admit it. I'm a sucker for any new trick that comes along that sounds good. I bought a Tornado Fuel Saver for my 2002 Dakota with the 4.8 litre V8. I really haven't seen any improvement in fuel economy at all. It might, and I emphasize MIGHT be breathing a little easier, but that may be my imagination. Bottom line, I wouldn't suggest anyone else wasting their money.

Think about it, this thing causes a vortex (tornado) by having the air
move in a spiral. OK then the air hits the air-filter and the vortex is gone, air is now moving in straight volume. If the air was to get past the filter still spiralling, when it got to the valves, they would stop the vortex. Anyway I'm skeptical !! no bashing, just not believing

Only one problem so far. After an hour looking through the JC Whitney catalog to order all the latest gas saving gizmos I got concerned. If I ordered them all, I'd have to pull over every 100 miles to take gas out of my tank from all the "saving" I'd be doing !! LOL Anyone for magnets on the gas line ??
