Just curious. How many people are planning to fish the USFA Lorain Hotwaters Tournement next weekend?
What should I expect?

Greg W,
I'm going to fish in it. Haven't fished that area yet this year but the fishing at Vermilion has been good but spotty. Lorain is just down the road. It's a nice, big and well organized ramp. Should be fun if the weather cooperates just a little.

I am registered for the Lorain tournament, but my partner had a death in the family. Looking for someone who wants to fish the tournament. If interested, e-mail me at Hawkeyemike@aol.com. My boat is the water at Spitzer Marina, next door to Hotwaters.

Ron,
Take the turnpike or Rte 2 to Lorain Rte. 58 exit, go north to rte 6, turn right. Go to Oberlin street and turn left, there are signs there to finish you up. It's right behind the Water plant and next to a big power utility looking building. It's a nice ramp, I was up there today.
Better yet here is a link to a map. Hope it works!
