I've also got a Renegade.I'm interested in what motor / H.P./
prop - SS / alum. and pitch,also what hole is the motor mounted
at. ie 1/2/3... etc. How does she run and handle for you ?
My set-up is 1986 75HP Mariner with a 17'pitch SS prop 'cupped'
and the motor mounted at the 3rd hole.My performance and
handling are great - Topspeed with me , gear and fullfuel
trimmed 5400-5600 rpm 40-42 mph(2 GPS and 2 paddle wheels AVG)
Trimmed IN a bit 5200rpm,she carves and the prop bites hard,
giving me excellent rough water handling.
Also , do you still have your windshield ? I bought mine
without it - Lost by previous owner when trailering in a
heavy headwind. Should I purchase a new one ?
