Anyone have any suggestions on what shaft trolling motor I should get. I just purchased a 1800 Lund Pro V SE I am going with a Maxxum 74# thrust. The dealership has one 52"shaft left that I can have, otherwise they will have to order the 62", if I decide on that one. The boat is in getting rigged right now and I just figured if I could get by with the 52" I would have them put it on. I do have a 9.9 kicker on the back. Can I get by with the 52"? Any feedback very much appreciated!! Thanks to all in advance.
