Does this strap have to be used with the model 35 or no? im just currious?

Being that I hate breaking stuff, I bought one. When I purchased the panther lift, my salesman said I did not need one. But.... I figured it is cheap insurance (about 30.00).

I have one and didn't put strap on to begin with. Dave's right, you don't have to but it sure makes a difference. Only $35 and with it on the motor rides rock solid...and you know you'll never lose it in the drink. Cheap insurance!

Call Thorne Bothers in Fridley MN ...they carry the panther line and can get you set up...while the 35 lift does just that, lift the motor, the pro strap keeps the motor from bouncing beyond the "lift" as this is where damage to the motor can occur.
