Pinpoint depth finder

I have a pinpoint depth finder model 5420 in my electronic box which is in back of my 17 foot boat. I would like to have the option of moving the unit to the front at times. What accessories do I need to get so I can do this. I would still be using the tranducer that is located in the back of my boat. I do have power I can tap into at the bow, or is their a way to use the exsiting power in the electronics box.
