speed on a 619 Ranger

I have a 619 Ranger year 2000, with a 200 Ficht . Last year I was consistantly running 55 mph whether I was under tournament load or not. This year for some reason , I can't get it over 49 mph. Can someone please HELP ! I've changed the plugs recently ,and that did not change the performance either .

Have you moved anything in your boat lately that might change the way it sits in the water while on plane? Do you have any dings in your prop? I think something has changed from last year and the secret to your problem lies in discovering exactly what has changed.
