Daily limit is 6 eyes now.
Don't believe we have a size limit - If it is small enough to question - send it back to it's mother and let it grow up! We don't keep anything under 18" on Erie.
No possession limit in OH that I'm aware of.
Don't think you have to leave skin on the fillets either - I don't know of any of the fish cleaning operations that leave skin on and they clean fish for hundreds of charter parties from out of state every week.
Just ask for an OH regulations book when you get your license.
Good Luck
On Lake Erie there is no size limit. An also the law states in the 2001 fishing regulations the possesion limit is six not two days limit. I had a long talk with the game warden over the winter an he said he's not going to follow me home an inspect my frezzer.
call me a fool but I don't see anything about a posesion limit in Ohio!

THANKS ALL: This information will help as I WWWF through the Ohio DNR Web Site and then the printed Regulation Booklet. Not new to Erie fishing by a long ways - just new to Ohio and Ohio Waters. Last time I went into the O-DNR Web Site, couldn't open the Reg Section with information I was after. Michigan's works fine - LOL ><> ~~~~~~~ 58 years of fishing, you can bet that I put the little and the over-grown ones back - lunch is the target along with some good times.
Thanks again ><>
