what is the averahe size of walleye in inland resevoirs in Ohio?

I went to mosquito yesturday, and managed to bring up 3 little eyes say 8-14" in length. I missed/lost several more that were probably within that same range. is this avarage or were we into small fish? with only one exception all the eyes I have cuaght on inland lakes (not realy that many) were within this size group and maby up to 16-17". The exception was a 26" fish from ladue res.

I do not fish inland regularly, but I did the USFA Team Walleye Ohio circuit a couple years ago that was mostly inland. Several stops were saugeye lakes with average size being 14 - 16". Others had good numbers of fish but the size was smaller than I'm used to on Erie. I know ...I'm spoiled. I actually had to buy smaller lures and rethink my presentation. It was more like trolling for perch. We had a good time and caught quite a few fish, but bluegills, crappies, and white bass were among them. I don't know why they don't want to answer you.
