Has anyone been on this lake this year or in the past during May or June. If so I would appreciate any information you can give regarding best lake sections, techniques, shallow or deep bite, Is tere usually a good weed bite? Are there any bait shops that have regular info on this lake. Thanks
Have no idea about the lake, but I would stop at Delaney's in Park Rapids. They are probably the best source of information there. Good luck!

Hello! Hey, are you going up to the Scout camp? Also, yes, there is a decent but not great weedline walleye oportunity...seems to be better with wind blowing in on or over the submerged growth. Jig and yellow PowerBait twister with minnow does the trick; watch out for snakes...

Manypoint isn't a that great of an eye lake because it lacks spawning structure. However, there are a few eyes to be caught in there. The twin 10' humps on the east side of the lake can hold some eyes, just off the edge in 20-40 feet. Otherwise, I would recommend Island lake about 8 miles southeast of Manypoint. It is a beautiful lake with an abundant Walleye population. It has several Grass island reefs which all seem to hold eyes around them. leeches or crawlers are usually the answer, in the summer on Island lake.
Good luck! and may the fish be with you! EE

Oops! sorry Stizo, Island is about 10-12 miles south of Many Point. (Not 8) Either way, It's an excellent eye lake, and I think you'll enjoy it. EE
