View Full Version : Crestliner contact
Has anyone had any trouble getting Crestliner to respond to questions? I sent an e-mail to Genmar last week and I still haven't heard anything back. My questions were simple. Where can I get a matching Faria water pressure guage? Will putting a jackplate on my boat void the warrenty? I have never had a problem with my boat (cvx 182). I was just wondering if they are hard to contact.
Thanks

Hi,
Each boat company that is owned by Genmar is truly run as an independent company,President and all. If you emailed Genmar Corp. not sure if it would find its way to Crestliner or not.
For a Faria gauge you can contact http://www.faria-instruments.com/
They have a listing of all the gauges and can put you in contact with a cheap source.
Yes, the jackplate will void your warranty.
This is a real busy time of the year for Crestliner. They are trying to get all the boats out to the dealers for the fishing openers that are takeing place, Photo boats for the new catalog, and 2003 boats out of engineering.
Your best chance to get questions answered is to call Crestliner and ask for customer service.

Thanks for the info.
I have looked all over their website and haven't been able to find a phone number for crestliner. I would have e-mailed them directly, but they don't have a contact button. That's why I contacted Genmar.
