I'm thinking about re-powering with a new four stroke but am concerned about the weight of these motors on my older, narrower transom boat. I see the merc 75-115 weighs 386 pounds. Wonder how that compares to my current motor. Thanks

My 2001 Johnson 115 weighes 319lbs. I would guess yours is about the same...
