dash mounted flasher

I have a in-dash flasher on my '89 Alumacraft that stopped lighting up. I can see the disk spinning, but there is no light. It looks like the bulb simply burned out. Anyone had this happen? I got a quote from a shop to fix it for $90.00. I thinking if I can buy a new bulb, I can solder it in myself and save the coin.
