The outside edge of one of my trailer tires is wearing faster than the other side. What could some possible causes be? Thanks!

Either the toe-in or the camber is off. Toe-in refers to the angle of the tire relative to the path of the trailer, and camber refers to the 'tilt' of the tire.

Is this something that could be taken care of at an automotive place, trailer place or marine shop?

Had the same problem with my old rig, no alignment shop around my area would touch it. I'm sure there are adjustable trailers out there but I've never seen one, looks to me like it would require heating and bending axle.

I worked at a front end and frame shop, we aligned boat trailers often. If you could not shim behind the spindle you bent the axle with no heat.
In general, any tire shop, that does wheel alignment on trucks, will be able to align your trailer. Typically, the alignement is done with jacks, chains, and clamps.
It is not done with alignment - nuts - since there aren't any on the trailers.
Call around, and nearly every location has at least one alignment shop that can handle your trailer.
Take care
