Don't feel hopeless about the situation. As I have e-mailed Rep. Ramstad- There remains one unplayed card in the deck. The wording of the 1837 mille lacs treaty reads-"these rights shall exist at the pleasure of the president of the united states of america".. Encourage your congressman or women to seek the presidents help on this one. At least they will know how you feel
