I have a pair of these seats in my boat. One of them had the adjustment screw break last fall. I contacted the company to purchase the replacement part. They were moving, and told me to call later. Called a month later. Just moved, unpacking, "we'll call you back". No calls. Didn't need the boat for the winter, obviously. Called this spring to follow up, left my # 3 times no call back. Finally talked to Scott. He will look for part and call back. 2 weeks and no call. I called back, found the part will mail it to you by Friday. Next Monday, no part. I called to see what is up, they don't have part. This is an old style seat, would have to order part. These seats are 1 and 1/2 years old. They broke at less than a year. He can't seem to get it straight as far as warranty goes. Is it 6 months or a year? I will have a part made to replace the broken part. For the money, you should be able to get replacement parts and honest answers to questions and better customer service.
