handicapped van

ok, i know a lot of are saying... WHAT???????

because this board has a lot of well rounded people from different walks of life, i thought i would ask a question here.

we have a used handicapped van for sale & have tried listing it in the local papers with no success. we realize a specialty vehicle is tough to resell but we are getting very little response.

therefore, is there a more appropriate place we could try listing something like this?

any help is appreciated.

My brother, who has MS, had to get a van a year or so ago because of his condition. One of the questions that he asked was how would he ever be able to sell it when that time came. The people who manufacture these things had the following suggestions: Find a local distributor for the type of van you have and see if they will sell it on consignment, If you belong to any type of support group for your disability, see if anyone would be interested in buying it, and as a last resort, if you can't sell it then donate it and take the tax write off.
