I just picked up a couple Big Jon Captain's Pack Manual downriggers. I am putting them on my Ranger 619. Does anyone have any photos of their rigs they can email me on the best route to take on mounting these units? I was going to mount them on the stern pads, but there is not enough room on the pads to mount. The cannonball/rod holder mount will hit the side of the gunnels. I am probably looking at mounting a board across the back, but I need to make it high enough that I will be able to swivel the riggers. I would like to keep these units removable for a quick switch back to Walleye fishing. Thank you

Have you looked at the Bottom line 4" riser mount? That is what I use with a swivel/quick disconect base. I've done 6 or 7. Everyones happy with them.
