Hi my new boat is ready for the 20 hour tune up on the 175 Rude and 15 kicker. I also want to add a water pressure guage and hour meter and maybe an on board charger. The auto bilge and gas guage are also not working. I am wondering how long this usually takes as I am new to owning a boat. It has been 2 weeks and may not get it for 1 more. I don't know if they had to order parts or not.

At 20 hours you only need a checkover that is explained in the owners manual, not a complete tune up.

I agree, your 20 hr. check up should have only taken a few hours, a day at the most. They should have ordered parts for the other repairs if not critical, and givin you the boat back. Then called when parts where in. you return the boat and get it back in a day or two.
That's why you make appointments, so it doesn't sit there waitng for them to work on it.

Well as to the appointment I did call the week before I dropped it off and let them know what had to be done but was told they should not need to make an appointment (or I believe get parts althought they could not tell what was wrong without looking at it)even though they were busy they made room for "their customers".
