need a little help Ihad a new 15hp carb put on my 1996 10hp evinrude ,dealer drilled four holes at bottom of motor to let exhaust out , took motor back to the lake ,only gained one mile per hr same load etc DID they miss doing something ?motor sounds just like it did with the 10hp carb is threr a web site that tells you how this should be done? thanks jim.
