Check out the price on the new Status from Eagle found on the Reedssports.com website. It is virtually the same as the LMS160 for a couple hundred less. Bought mine for $419 with the CD and all required. I love the unit. I would say it helped me catch twice as many fish as I would have caught without it because I did not have to use a marker buoy on my "Spot". Of course a marker buoy is a magnet for every boat on the lake and that did not happen! :)
