I'm off to Northern Ontario next Sunday with my 1650 Explorer SS for 7 days of bliss and want to make absolutely certain that I am carrying the maximum capacity of fuel. How can I be certain that I have topped off the tank, should the bow be high.....or low when refueling? Any tips are greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Every boat that I have seen, with the floor opened up - has the fuel tank sitting parallel with the bottom of the hull.
This would imply - then - that you would be able to fill the tank to the top - if the boat was level - not high or low in the bow.

Take care

Where exactly are you heading in Ontario? I'm making the pilgrimage to Eagle Lake next Sunday. Good Luck.

You want to be a little careful. I filled my Pro-V right up once and everytime I had to brake on the way to the lake fuel would run out of the vents. Now I leave it a gallon or two short of full.
