I just thought I'd chime in with others who have posted about the great service they have gotten from Guest and SueD. My two year old model 2613 three bank charger stopped working last month. My papers indicated it had a one year warranty, so I thought I was out of luck, but I called Sue anyway to see if there was any point to trying to get it fixed, or if I should just buy a new charger. She informed me that they had changed their warranty to two years and they would send me a new one, even though I was a few weeks past the two year warranty period.

I sent my unit in and ten days later received my "new and improved" model 2613 (it now has 5 amps on all three banks). I'll never have any on-board charger in my boat but a Guest Charge Pro.

Wish I could say that. Mine was a couple months over the one year warrenty when it went out on me. Such is life. Still Guest is a good unit. Had to fork out for a new one. Junky.........

Hi Guys!

Just wonderin, what model chargers did you have as the warranty has changed on all of the waterproof models. It is now 2 years from date of purchase.

Have a great day!

My 2620 was 3 years old. Failed and boiled a new battery. Guest offered new one for $210+shipping -- seemed surprised I didn't jump on that deal.

Many times I've applauded (and I still do) Guest, but in this case I didn't.

When I take a potshot at someone, they know who it comes from. I suppose it would be a lot easier to be an anonymous twit, but my sense of fair play and honor won't let me.

With all kind wishes,

Hans/MN

Mine was a 2623 model. They ,Guest, did not have any of these at the time mine went down. They sold me a 2631 for $215. I did not want to wait until ? , it was in the spring of 2002.
