There's a new Trolling Thunder 2128 battery for sale on ebay that I'm thinking of bidding on. Are they any good? It's selling for $100 less than Cabela's sold them for. There's still plenty of time left, just wondering if any of you can tell me whether this is a good battery, pros, and cons. Thanks.

Bill, I purchased that same Trollin Thunder battery last year. It has performed very well for me, BUT Trolling Thunder batteries are no longer made and the company that made them is no longer honoring any warranties. I don't know that I would have purchased this battery last year had I known they were going to discontinue them and not honor the warranty. I would think twice before I bought any battery without a warranty.

i had a tt1700 go bad a couple of months back and hepi honored the warranty just fine and gave me a new battery, that was in march i think.
