Wondering about the brake type on the trailer. What are the pros and cons of disk vs drums?

Disk is easier to service in my opinion.

Go disc if you can. Not only easier to maintain, less moving parts, fewer parts to corrode, self adjustement works better (no adjuster to corrode), better stopping power, less chance of water getting trapped on the brake assy, I could go on.
Disk are better. #1, you don't have to adjust them, #2, they're easier to replace the pads, and #3, they offer better stopping power. I have four wheel drum on my trailer, but wish I had disc brakes instead.
