I have been searching for a dealer or some source for purchasing worm harness beads, for walleye fishing.

I am not interested in the standard colors. Here on Lake Erie (Eastern Basin) we use a lot of Watermelon, Black Raspberry/pink/purple combinations. The nicer quality beads are what I'm looking for, not the cheap plastic ones, that get dull too quick. We have extremely clear water here, so we imitating the rainbow smelt and alewife is the name of the game here.

I've seen others use them but finding them is the tough part.

So, could anyone recommend a catalog/website/etc.. for finding these beads?

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks
Capt. Dave

Good glass facetted beads can be bought at any bead shop in any larger city, but the cost of them will turn your hair grey. Hobby lobby or those kind of large craft or hobby store may have what you want. Good luck. You can spend 40 bucks and stick em in your shirt pocket !!

Do you have FRANK'S nursery and crafts in your area?

I found some amazing beads at a make your own necklace booth at the mall. They were 15 cents each but were finished unlike any glass beads I have seen. They had a extremly shiny 3 dimensional finish to them. Almost like looking at a paint job on a vehicle that had a lot of depth. Not cheap but very different. Loosing rigs is goint to start to hurt now! Chris
