YEE-HA!! I feel happier for Steve Reinprecht. Being an avid Badger Hockey fan and watching him come up through the college ranks, I feel very happy for him. He`s a great kid. I also feel sorry for Brian Rafalski....for the same reasons.

The Cup is staying in Denver for starters ;) and well about the tearing up a city thing don't know what you were watching cause I was downtown and there was maybe a couple thousand in damage done. No tearing up a city and no real rioting. But its going to take a miracle and some big bucks for teh Wings to make it since all your veterans are on the down side of their perfromance peak. GO AVS.

I saw on t.v. several fires, people jumping up and down on cars that were being driven, several fights, any amount of damage is too much! Guess thats what thin air and beer does!

You saw the one group of people that the police chased all night and gassed. Those fires were newpapers in teh middle of the street, the car rocking happened but by my count from the news feeds was like 25, not good but could have been worse. The biggest thing was litter believe it or not. Honestly I have seen worse in places like Chicago, Detroit, Honolulu, and Minneapolis when the bars down town close. Point is that it wasn't a riot and the damage was greater outside of denver then downtown.

Heck, seems like that's how some of the water ski / jet ski people from CO act at Glendo, WY every weekend! :-)

There are knuckleheads in every city. If you are a true Hocky fan, how can you not be happy for Ray? Why is there so much AVs bashing on this site? You would think you guys would have some respect for a team that lost the best player in the game and still won the cup!!!

I cogratulate Ray, very nice to see him win a cup. People are just clowning around relax, they are jealous. I personally hate the Av's. People have lived and died with "theyre" teams for Life times, You have had 1 in Colorado for not too long, you dont understand peoples connections with theyre teams, it hurts when it goes somewhere else. Now lets talk walleye!

The team we just beat were the Colorado Rockies before they packed up and moved to New Jersey!!!!!!!!

I hated both teams in the final, wanted the Wings or the Leafs but alas was not to be. Great series for two great teams any real hockey fan had to appreciate the effort put forth by both teams. All and all a great playoff for a great sport a sport that matches Walleye fishing for fun and excitement. Congrats to a class player like Ray Bourque on winning the Cup, he deserves it.
