The level wind on my 6500 goes over to the right and won't return. What do I need, or where do I send it. thanks pkb

Send it to the factory service center in Spirit Lake Iowa. You can call 1-800-Berkley for the address. They guarantee a 24 hour turn around from the time they recieve the reel. Many times they don't even charge you for the work. Good Luck! Fred

Sounds like a problem with the pawl. It's under the line guide and travels on a threaded rod. Maybe it fell out. Cheap part,easy to fix.
