Sporting Goods Stores in Des Moines??

Going to be spending the weekend in Des Moines and hoping someone might be able to suggest several sporting good stores I might check out to potentially add to my walleye fishing gear.

There's a sporting goods store on University out in West Des Moines (Clive area) that I can't remember the name but had a decent selection. It's in the same strip mall as Best Buy between I35/I80 and Valley West mall.

Try Casey's on Easton Blvd just off I-235

Check out The Tackle Shack (1850 SE Army Post Rd - near downtown DM). I was there last week and picked up a several "clearance" crankbaits. (Magnum Hot-n-Tots, Old style Deep Thundersicks and Deep Thundersick Jr's, RattleTots.) They are in boxes on the floor at around $2.90 after a 40% discount. There was also a box with a bunch of Risto Raps and other miscellaneous cranks at 40% off. (Color in both boxes was fairly limited.)

He also carries a good selection of GLoomis rods and am told he will sell them at a good price.

That one in Clive is called Sportmart
