Rumor: PWT Sold to RCL?

Has anyone heard this one yet? A local source, deemed reliable but of course not guaranteed, has the In-Fisherman Professional Wallete Trail (PWT) being bought out by Operation Bass, managers of the Ranger/Crestliner/Lund (RCL) circuit. Any additional news, views, contradictions or updates?

Just spoke with PWT ex. dir. Jim Kalkofen. He said this is a recurring rumor with no basis in fact what-so-ever.
