RCL QUESTION

Does anybody know. I see Dan Stier fishing the RCL. Is that the same Dan Stier from South Dakata NPAA # 53 that is sponsored by Tracker boats? If so, how does he get away with that. I assume is is running someing RCL in the tourney. Anybody know?

He is probably fishing as a co-angler then. Parsons is also.

He's fishing as a pro. He owns a Lund.

I heard that he is running either a Lund or Crestliner while fishing the RCL, and uses the Tracker while fishing the PWT.

At the Wave Wackers weigh in I heard Mike Herrick say that Gary Parsons told him he was going to fish the RCL as an ameture. I think Herrick was joking because the look on Parsons face was a surprised look. I have not looked at the ameture results to see if Parsons is there or not.

As far as Dan Stier goes, he's got a Lund too. Wonder what Tracker thinks of that. Then maybe htey don't particularly care as long as he is buying his Lund, and who knows, maybe he's buying the larger part of his Tracker as well.

I am wrong, I just checked and Gary Parson is fishing the RCL as an ameture as is his sone Chase. How would you like to be the Pro that is paired up with Parsons? Hmm.....

How do you spell "INTIMIDATION". Although I'm sure Gary would not intentionally put pressure on a partner, just the thought of being the "pro" in the boat with one of the best walleye fisherman would be a little unsettling.

I would enjoy fishing with Gary as my amatuer. I think it would be a kick and I wouldn't even mind asking him to critique my presentation. It would be cool. I hope I draw him at LaCrosse, I fished with him there once back in about '94.

This is true Dan Stier owns a Lund 1800 tiller/Mercury 90 hp.Mark Courts was running this boat in the Wave Wacker due to mechanical problems with his Starcraft.Its no joke Gary Parsons is fishing RCL as an amatuer.He has won I think three tournaments on this body of water.What a draw he would be. :-)
