What kind of speed can a guy expect to get from a DC 619 with a 200 and a kicker on the back ? How many will it seat before it is to crowded to fish and have any of you pulled people sking and or tubing with it ? Also what size bow trolling does it take to hold it in the wind ? What is the price range with a 200 and a 9.9 kicker ?

There are a lot of variables to consider when determining what speed you can get out of a boat. Depending on load and prop look for speeds between 54-57 mph at WOT. The 619 does not have a large wind sail area so a 74 pound thrust or better should handle the job.
If you have any further questions that you would like to ask me feel free to contact me at lillypad@novagate.com . This is the same boat I'm running this year on the circuit.

Frogman- Any reason you picked the 619 over the 620 ?? I am trying to decide between the two and still can't make up my mind. Jon
Hey Frogman, What happen to the Skeeter? I probably missed you on the Saginaw if you got up there this fall.Of course I was in my buddy"s Lund so you probably wouldn't have recognized me W/out the old Starcraft! Made it up there 3 times and had tough fishing all three time but as always managed to have lots of fun. How's that grandchild of yours doing? Merry Christmas to everyone! pete

Frogman hit it pretty good.I ran a 619 last year with a Panther jack plate on would get 54-57 out of it with a full tourn load.200 opti,9.9 fourstroke.I would recommend at least a 80lb thrust for when see blows.I got a great 619 for sale in the classifieds.Good luck and good fishing.Jamie Friebel.

Yes, you read it correctly RANGER. I appreciated the chance to represent Skeeter for the last two years, but felt it was time to move on. I am looking forward to representing Ranger boats in the coming season, and excited about the opportunities that are before me.
As far as why I went with the 619 I would be happy to e-mail you the varying factors of why I chose that model for this season if you wish to contact me at lillypad@novagate.com .
Pete, Merry Christmas to you too my friend, and the grandson is doing just fine!
Hoppy Holidays to all!

Keith and Jamie summed it up - I ran one this year in the RCL and MWC and took it through a range of conditions of skinny water to 5'-7' at Saginaw. Being from MN I also do a fair amount of backtrolling with the rig which always turns heads in a console boat. I turned a 21P prop w/ a 200 VMAX HPDI and had no problems holding the rig with my pinpoint 3700.
