I own a 2002 1850 Sportfish and noticed that on the 2003 models the livewell now has a timer. Can that timer easily be put on the 2002 model. I know there are several aftermarket timers but it would be nice to put one on that would match the rest of switches.

It is pretty easy to put the time in. You will need to put a new pump in as well though ask Crestliners customer service. 320-616-5611
I just put after market timer in my boat. Only to a few min. I wanted two ways to turn it off . when I'm using it for storage I don't want thing getting wet.

I talked to Crestliner and it's easier to replace than I thought.

Well I went to the dealer tonight and what they had was not what I expected. I explained that I saw on the 2003 models that they had a 3 way rocker switch that replaced the 2 way one. We looked at the 2003 models they had in there showroom and they only had the 2 way switch. They said they would look into it and call me.
Am I going crazy or are these available on the 2003 models?
