Buying a Lake Cabin

Am seriously looking at purchasing a cabin in the Mille Lacs, Minnesota area. I own a home in the Twin Cities, but have never owned "Vacation Property".

Looking for ANY advise on this topic. What do I need to know? What do I need to look out for?
