I seem to have ran into a bit of a problem over the weekend. I decided to give the river a try for the first time this year in my boat. I backed the boat into the water and could not believe my eyes, my trailer was floating! It was frozen to the boat! Luckily there wasn't anyone in line to use the ramp and I was able to rock it side to side for a few minutes and it broke free. I would have never thought this was possible. I guess it is not uncommen for this to happen to a bunk trailer, but how can it be prevented? Would spraying a silicone spray on the carpet help? Any ideas? (besides buying a roller trailer)
Thanks in advance

My friend, you have guts. Yes, the silicone spray on the bunks will keep the boat from freezing to them. It won't help you at all. Might I suggest hot chocolate?
