Trolling motor props

Need some feedback on motorguide trolling motor,the battery checks out good but I"ve lost power somewhere.Anyone tried changing props? Mine seems a little worn,motors about three years old and gets used plenty.Any help would be great.Thanks

I've gone from a 3 blade to a 2 blade, big increase in oomph, but that doesn't sound like what you're looking for. Ever pulled it apart and lubed it?

OK, whats the dif. between a 2 blade and a 3 blade? I thought a 2 blade was for cutting through weeds and the 3 blade was best for open water?

I would check for a voltage drop in the circuit before buying a prop. I would think if the problem was with the prop, you should see something wrong with it to lose power from.
