You call call Reef Runner direct and ask to order them there or where your closest location is. There is no place like the manufacturer to get the info required.
thier number is 419-798-9125

Jedeye,

Go to www.reefrunner.com to see all the selection.
Once you have picked out what you want, give the company a call and order direct.
(419)798-9125.

Also, if you have a tackle store in your area that is interested in carrying our product, please email me their name, address and telephone number. I would be happy to get information to them to start carrying the product in there store.
This way you will be able to stop by and keep your tackle box filled!!!

Let me know,

You can check with Scheels All Sport also if you have one. I know I was in there the other day and just about dropped dead. They had twice as many colors as they did last year. Is Reefrunner trying to make me go broke? A guy just has to have a couple of each color and size, doesn't he?

It all depends on how many lines you run. If the fish get superselective and will only bite one color, you may need more than 2. My advise is to have at least 4 of your better colors.

Okay all you walleyehounds, you got me hooked Ive gotta try these reef runners on my home lakes. What colors do you recommend and can I flat line these lures or should I use snap weights? The lakes are very clear and deep with a few feeder creeks. Thanks in advance

You can flatline and use snapweights. Of course you know the weights are just to take it deeper. Run them off in-line boards to get away from boat & so you can run more lines. As far as colors someone else who has used them in your lake should probably answer that...Good Fishin

Scheels in Sioux Falls SD has a large selection of reef runners with most of the colors in stock. With the news of the success of "Fried Chicken" they are out of that color. The paint jobs on these lures is fabulous. Check them out, I'm stocking up on them myself.

Ron, Is it the Deep Diver ones you are having trouble tuning? If it is, very slight movement on the hook attachment eye is all it takes. If you grab the eye with needle nose pliers and just move the eye ever so little (sometimes you will not even think it moves) then try it again. Once you have it where it runs good, place a drop of crazy glue where the eye attaches to the bill. This will help tighten it up. Another thing to try to slow the action a bit is to put a larger split ring on the line attachment eye. Or remove it completely and use a very large snap on it. Little tricks I have learned and I hope these will help you.

Ron : Russ is right. They are hard to tune sometimes so you need to take your time. Move the eye just a little bit( sometimes it seems like you didnt move it at all). Also check the other eyes for proper alignment. I tuned six of them this morning and one was right on the money out of the box. This happens very seldom. I had a few over the last couple of years that wouldnt tune at all so I sent them back to the factory and they sent me a new one plus an extra both times. There great people!! Oh yes, before you waste a lot of time be sure they float. I always make a special trip down to the slip and tune them. I dont take valuable
fishing time to do this. Have fun there a great bait. Has anyone seen anything of the Deep Little Ripper? D.R.

Hey D.R. I have a few Deep Little Rippers now and Scott is getting them to the stores as fast as he can make them. They are a breeze to tune and run great!!!!!!!! I used them on Erie while visiting Reef Runner and caught some beautiful fish before the PWT got there. Keep lookimg for them or order direct from Reef Runner. Deep Little guys are not yet available in custom colors but are available in all the colors on the web site at www.reefrunner.com
Good luck and Keep Rippin'

Reef Runners are going to wow them on Mille Lacs this year! Word is a select few started pounding good fish there last season on them. Watch the tournaments on Mille Lacs this year and the winning techniques.
